This is an exceptional hotel with fantastic facilities. The apartments are very spacious and have everything you could need. Jacquelin at the front desk was extremely helpful, she provided us with a map on which she had written out a list of restaurants and their locations and also listed some things to do and how to get around Porto. The pool area was beautiful with plenty of very comfortable loungers. It is within walking distance of the main streets of Porto and although it is uphill on the way back, there is a Metro station located only 5 minutes from the hotel.

The location, the comfort, the service, the welcome, and the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, all rooms are air conditioned, clean, well decorated with attention to every detail. Comfortable beds. Good insulation. The pool is clean and very useful with good weather in Porto. We enjoyed the sauna, steam room and gym. The location is good, 5 minutes walk to the metro stop, 10 minutes walk to Santa Catarina pedestrian street and 25 minutes walk to the Douro River. We loved this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back on our next stay in Portugal.

A beautifully done property, the attention to detail shows in every aspect including the great styling and premium quality finishes & materials in the design & furnishings. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, everything very clean, lovely pool & facilities and great location which is easy to walk to town from, and the private parking was also a big plus.
